Peak Home Performance Celebrates the Women in Front

Taryn-Long-Shanon-Gallegos

March is a time to celebrate the vital role of women in American business and society and honor the unique qualities of women that help shape each. Peak Home Performance is fortunate to have such women help lead the company and the people in it. Shanon Gallegos and Taryn Long are co-owners of the Colorado Springs-based heating and cooling company. They are also sisters. Growing up with their mother, Mary Smith, in the mountains of Vermont, they learned valuable life lessons that made them the women they are today. Each with their individual strengths and gifts, Shanon and Taryn bring the necessary “female-attributes” to the Peak Home Performance team, creating a culture of caring, communication, and attention to detail.

Peak Home Performance at Work in the Community

Peak-Home-Performance-Mini-Golf-Event

We like to say at Peak Home Performance that there’s no HVAC problem we can’t conquer. But we’re about more than finding home comfort solutions for the local community. After all, we’re a part of that community as well, and we want to do our best for everyone who lives here. We treat our customers like our friends and neighbors, because that’s exactly what they are!

This is why we take our dedication to the community and move it beyond the world of quality HVAC services. We support many organizations because it’s the best way for us to give back.

Here are a few of the ways Peak Home Performance gets active with community support:

  • Thanks to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Walk MS, we’ve had the opportunity to sponsor a mini-golf hole to raise money—yes, mini-golf for MS! We have our own teams playing as well, and it’s always a terrific time to spend a day with team members while mini-golfing to support this important fundraiser.
  • We also sponsored a mini-golf hole to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region. This organization provides mentoring to children and teens to help them overcome obstacles and find success in their education. We can’t think of a more important contribution to the community than investing in our children and their futures.
  • We sponsored the Colorado Springs Switchbacks Football Club for the 2021 season. This soccer team opened a new stadium in downtown Colorado Springs in April of this year: Weidner Field. This is all part of the City of Champions program, and we’re proud to be involved with it!
  • We’re trusted Home Service Providers for nine Home Depots and five Sam’s Clubs throughout southern Colorado. To help people make the best choices about their home HVAC, we hold local events at Home Depots to answer customer questions. Just this last weekend we were in beautiful Parker Colorado at the local Home Depot, where we got to meet people and provide them with expert advice, from DIY projects to repairs and services that require trusted experts. Sharing our knowledge is one of the best ways we have to support the community. If you see our table at your local Home Depot, come over and say “hi!”

Our passion at Peak Home Performance is to always do what’s right, and that reaches beyond seeing that we keep your home and family comfortable at affordable prices. We do right by the community, and we’ll continue to serve customers and support organizations that make this an even better, healthier, and more enjoyable place to live.

Peak Home Performance serves the community with the best in HVAC services. Call today to schedule service.

Today Is National HVAC Tech Day!

Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021

June 22nd is a special day here at Peak Home Performance: it’s National HVAC Tech Day! We want to take this opportunity to acknowledge how important HVAC technicians are—for individual homeowners, for our community, and for our company. It’s easy to focus on the heating and cooling equipment in our homes that allow us to make it through the year in comfort, but none of this equipment would be worth anything if not for the skilled technicians who install and keep our systems running. These technicians are real heroes who are ready to put in long hours, often in intense heat or brutal cold, so that we can enjoy living in our homes.

At Peak Home Performance, we’re especially proud of our HVAC technicians. We couldn’t offer the guaranteed comfort and affordable service that local homeowners rely on if it weren’t for the talent and dedication of our technicians. These are the best HVAC techs you’ll find, and it’s our honor to have them as part of our team.

To observe National HVAC Tech Day, we’d like to spotlight each of our technicians. These are the people who help make us the HVAC contractor homeowners trust!
